    John Stuart mill, Thomas Paine, Charles de Montesquieu, John Locke these are the political thinkers and their ideologies influence the constitution and bill of rights.

    Explanation:

    Mill argues that the opinion of the majority must be considers and the minority must be totally protected in Democratic country, his ideologies are mostly formed to be the base for the origination of bill of rights. He also argued that freedom of speech must be ensured and even most outrageous comment has its value in democracy. Thomas Paine stated that people had all rights to protest if the government dies not favor for them.

    Charles de Montesquieu in his spirit of laws opined that fair judiciary is essential for the health of democracy. John Locke opined that men are born free and equal this law resonates in the constitution saying that men are born with some inalienable rights. Thomas Hobbes that a natural law always exist in a healthy democratic society. When despotism lingers, natural law will take its course.
