Shortly before being interviewed for a job she really wants, Meredith finds that the human resources director was involved in a minor traffic accident during lunch. Should Meredith be concerned that the traffic accident may have a negative influence on the outcomes of the job interview?

As Meredith finds that the interviewer met with an accident, it lays the negative effects in Meredith mind related to the interview. Meredith is self thinking about the mood related to their accident then there is the possibility of a interviewer to be moody during an interview. He may depressed or may be in traumatic condition. He just lost his mind. He must be in unconscious mind not able to active listening during the interview.
