The Silo Effect is an ineffective flow of formation or lack of how Information passes between employees within an organization. This affect interaction between employees within the company which result to less productivity or reduced productivity.

It may be cause by improper system put in place or the lack of engaging everyone within the organization.

To eliminate this effect information need to be shared in the intranet, engaged everyone including the residents in order to ensure that you know how everyone feels about the organization. Encourage people to give feedback when there is a new approach. Open up a place where people can leave their suggestions.
