Due Process Clause is the correct answer.

The Due Process Clause is a legal requirement based on moral principles provided by the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th amendments. It was originated from the Magna Carta (1215) in England and was incorporated in the Constitution later on. According to this clause, all the states must respect the legal rights of a person who is being accused of a crime and the government shall not deprive any person of life, property or liberty without due process of law.
