    TREC can file suit with the Attorney General to enforce the subpoena.

    TREC has the subpoena power as stated in the given statement. However, if the involved party that is the license holder does not respond to a subpoena then the TREC can file suit with the Attorney General to enforce the subpoena. Although, this is not a common issue but when the suit is filed with the Attorney General to enforce the subpoena it becomes clearly evident that the license holder have to respond now or will be forced to do so given the vast power of the State.
