The perspectives should, indeed, be regarded as complementary to each other, once there is, to mention, several contributions given between the approaches leading to a better understanding of life expectancy and its development, through intervention methods of different sciences such as Physycs, Psychology and Pedagogy. Of course, governamental mainstream health policies are needed to make it available to most of the people.

    Explanation: Desirable outcomes manifested along human life, such as stable identity, well-being, cognitive and physical health plus behavioral competencies (like functional beliefs and assertiveness) are a consequence of the development and consistant implementation of good lifespan pratics.
