Chiwa believes that behaviorism answers most questions on how organisms learn new things. She is a great admirer of B. F. Skinner and his work on operant conditioning. One of the things that convinces her that Skinner's work is the best explanation for learning is behaviorism's simple, action-oriented concepts. Which is NOT a behaviorist concept?

    Explanation:

    B. F. Skinner's theory is based on the idea that learning of the person depends on the change in the overt behavior. Changes in behavior results from the individual's respond to the events or stimuli which occurs in the environment. Reinforcement is considered as the main element in Skinner's S-R theory. Reinforcing is forms the basis of behaviorism in an individuals. Thus avoiding the variable reinforcement is not a behaviorist concept to maintain a behavior.
