Which area of the world was most directly affected by the decisions made at the Berlin Conference

The other name for Berlin Conference was the Congo Conference - this already suggests that the focus of the Conference was the Congo region in Africa but I think that the best answer to this question would be Africa in general.

It was a conference that was related to the colonial fight over Africa - the Scramble for Africa
