The citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment says a naturalized person

The clause in question, the one that mentions the naturalized citizens is this one:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

This means that a naturalized citizen is a full citizen of the United States and of the States in which they live - no distinction is made with respect to their citizenship
