In vivo disensitization is the correct answer.

Systematic disensitization is the correct answer.

Counter-conditioning and disensitization are efficient ways to change animal and human behaviors by safely exposing them to their phobia. Facing the fear-inducing stimuli is part of the counterconditioning known as "systematic disensitization". For instance, if a person is afraid of dogs, he/she will gradually be exposed to different types of dogs and will not feel anxious when being around them by learning to relax or trying coping techniques.
