Two minorities group Jains and Parsis played an important role when it comes to the economy. They are the high taxpayers in India. Jain communities are considered to be the risk-takers and entrepreneurs in India.

    Mumbai would not be the same without its Parsis (Zoroastrian) communities. The Parsis traditionally worked as entrepreneurs, in trade, in finance, and government service.
