No, an instinct cannot explain complex human behaviors accurately

Explanation: human behavior is complex and difficult to assess. We don't know how and why people behave in different ways and we can not say that it is instinct because even important Psychologists haven't reached to an agreement in this issue yet (there are theories about instinct but not a final thesis).
