    Explanation:

    We know learned optimism as defined by Martin Seligman in his famous book, Learned Optimism.:

    Learned optimism is an hability that can be developed just as any other talent, and it is done by challenging negative outputs and consciously finding alternate pathways to goals.

    If an unlucky situation happened, then it wont be taken personal, seen as a set back, which is not permanent and there are many goals, that are there to pursuit.

    We can witness bad events, but they are temporary and we are not to blame ourselves, since caused outside are out there.
