What past generations can teach us about our future answer key?

Starting from their own experiences, each one of the generations prior to ours as for example: The Generation of Traditionalists would contribute their discipline and organization. The Babies Boomers would teach us their approach to the world of work; Generation X would bring us their progress, entrepreneurship and autonomy. The "Y" generation would teach us to develop new ideas. Each generation would make its respective contribution or teaching to this generation that is the Millennials.
