How can human rights benefit a person and their quality of life?

They offer freedom somewhat

Human rights gives you a sense of personality.

Without Human rights everyone would just kinda be the same.

You can express how you feel.

You can disagree with something.

Not discriminating one another because of race.

Without these freedoms, it can make someone feel isolated.

Human Rights in the end make everyone their own person.
