Swerve to hit the building

Assuming that there are no persons in the building, One would be inclined to hit this building to cause harm to only themselves. If one were to swerve into oncoming traffic there would be the issue of swerving into another person. This person will observe coming danger and may also swerve. This will cause a bigger impact/accident or pile up than intended.

The most practical way would be to hit the building.
