    irrevocable

    Explanation:

dissonance reduction is the process of removing inconsistency or undesirable factor to get the feeling of comfort and generate positive emotion.

In the psychological research it has been found that when decision are important and cannot be changed once the decision has been made and action has been taken. People try to remove inconsistency and try to validate decision by self affirmation.

In the problem after voting decision cannot be changed one the vote is casted hence it is irrevocable and hence greater dissonance reduction is required.
