A Will is a legal document that allows an individual the opportunity to manifest how they want for their estate to be dealt with after they die. Legally, an estate is considered "the remaining sum of a person's possessions after any debts and liabilities are settled."

In a Will, the beneficiaries are people or organizations who receive a share of the estate. To be considered legal, it has to be signed and dated in the presence of two witnesses who sign it and date it.
