I believe the answer is: psychodynamic

psychodynamic therapy is aimed to measure patient's awareness toward their current behaviour and how it could affect their life. This approach is carried out by bring the client into talking how they think their current behaviour is and guide them to analyze each behaviour and see whether it's suitable with the goals that they want to achieve in life.
