    Carl, the FBI agent, initially thought that he was persecuting a tremendous criminal, but over time he sees that he is only a teenager, that he has lost his way in life.

    Frank the swindler, has a natural charm and manages to seduce his persecutor. Probably Frank was looking for his absent father, and sees Carl as a surrogate father. Viewers of the film confuse the true roles, seeing a bored policeman and a seductive swindler ...
