I would say the best answer to this question would be: Most of the decisions we make behind the wheel are based on the circumstances around us when we drive. This is both the internal and external circumstances, bust mostly, the external.

    Explanation:

When we get behind a wheel, our sense of sight, and our capabilities of observation increase. As soon as we start moving, we become aware of all the circumstances that surround us externally. These circumstances will allow our brains to make choices on how best to act. For example, when we start driving, we see traffic, and depending on it, we will decide how to act, whether to take an alternate rout, drive slowly, or faster, to accelerate or not, etc. Internally, our level of perception, and whether we are affected by certain circumstances, we will also have our sense of decision-making while driving, affected.
