Hello!
There are several factors than can affect a stock price product, I'll mention the most important.
Supply and Demand: One of the most important factors is the supply and demand, it's known that when that when the demand increases the prices increases too. On the opposite, is the supply increases, the prices go down.
Investors: Investors actions will always impact stock prices. If the investors feel that there is any market risk, and there is not confidence, the price of stock products will be affected.
New products: New products releasing, means the old one prices down. For example, if a new model of a cellphone is released, the old one will down its prices, since its getting old and obsolete.
Company management changes: Stock prices are a reflex of company stability. Stock prices could be affected by company instability or stability due to management changes.
Scandals: Legal scandals will affect stock prices. When a company loses popularity it creates a loss of confidence between its clients, meaning that the prices will go down due to the lack of sold products.
