I believe the answer is: Most traveled trails to bring Americans to west

The trails was first inhabited by americans at the beginning of 1600s, and was considered as one of the oldest capital city in north america. At that time, this place was also influenced by the settlers from spain, which is why there is a lot of commonalities between spanish and American culture in this terirtory.
