What effect did the ice ages have on early humans?

    They had to flee to where it was warmer or the conditions were less harsh

    The ice age made them very cold and travel across the Bering strait to get to Alaska so that they could then flee to Africa which is where conditions where slightly better and they would have a higher chance of living.
