    The empire would have collapse, This because the invasion what timed to the period when (Tahuantinsuyo) Inca empire was the mist of succession between two prince brothers:princes Huáscar and Atahualpa. The latter won the civil war that ensued.

    Therefore, the empire was already weakened by this (civil war) before the Spaniard arrival led by Francisco Pizarro and his men,

    Another contributing factor was the wide expansion of the empire with the extended regions possessing distinctive cultures, and ruled by local leaders, but supervised by the Inca officials. However, this expanded areas were not keen in participating in the imperial projects. Therefore the administration of these area by the inca was ineffective,

    Thus if the Spaniards had not invaded, there will be a eventual collapse because, the extensive terrain with reluctance in empire projects, crude means of transportation, (combined with the disunity between the prince brothers) were hindering effective administration, which would lead to eventual collapse off the empire.
