Federal court system and state court system

    Explanation:

The difference between the two is the scope of their jurisdiction. The state court system will handle the cases of the people on the local to state level. The federal court system on the other hand only handle the cases that will affect the citizens as a whole and has a really high chance of resulting in the amendment of constitution.
