Harmony and Balance makes a healthy body

    Explanation:

Most athletes need to be dedicated to their lively hood since many times this is the way that they earn a living or this is their ultimate passion. In doing so, they must spend countless hours taking care of the tool that they use to make their way and fulfill their passion. In they end they unknowingly neglect to have healthy social lives believing that a healthy body is enough to ward off illnesses.

The traditional Navajo perspective suggests that health is about harmony and balance. Each aspect that the individual's life is made of must be carefully balanced and kept in check, none more than the other.
