Leona and Enoch are likely to win the lawsuit agianst the Big city council due to the fact that, they were the rightful owners of the apartments and have never defaulted in any thing whatsoever.

The Big city council, as a corporation could have obtained the right to take over the apartment through unethical ways. Also, they have no right to eject the people from their rightful place of abode irrespective of whatever development they are trying to bring in.
