Investing in your education and/or training can make you even more likely to obtain and keep a job in that career field. Not only have you invested your time into education and training, but you have also put forth some sort of monetary funding towards your job. Using education, training, and/or a combination of both makes employers more likely to higher you and shows that you are dedicated, driven, and likely passionate.
