    True.

Rules guides our behavior and attitude, but Christianity is more of a way. If you are a christian, then Christ will reflect in you. This reflection is possible by having absolute faith in God, believing in the death and resurrection of His son Jesus Christ and doing His will. By believing in Jesus and doing His will, all other rules and principles of any church is now secondary. The Bible is the guide book for any Christian and for any church and once the rules and principles of this book is followed, Other religions or church rules becomes secondary. But in doing all of these, one should not forget to obey the authorities, because the bible made it clear for us to obey authorities.

    True

    Explanation:

Authority in a nutshell is simply the power or right to make and enforce decisions usually within the arm of the law/constitution. being a Christian and a Roman catholic God has given you the free will to make your own choice in life but yet there are some rules in the catholic religion that you are obligated to obey despite your freewill.

God wants your heart because when Jesus Christ came to the world he came for both the Jews and Gentiles, the circumcised and the uncircumcised. all he wants from us as Christians or Gentile is to believe in him and follow his ways
