What Leadership qualities are most important? Why?

Risk taking and fast making decisions because true leaders think for others not just themselves

Bravery - because leaders are looked up too. So when they're showing bravery, it teaches others that lesson. Which leads me to the next one

Risk taking - Leaders are responsible for their people in many cases so when leaders take risks they show that they are strong. All the qualities of leadership is strength. So it's most important to not only have strength physically but mentally. Although I think this isn't exactly the most greatest quality out there for leadership.

Knowledge - this one is very important because how can you be a leader if you don't know anything. knowledge as they say, is power!

Perseverance - being able to push through tough things/times. This one is a really good quality because it sets an example

Selfless-basically putting others before yourself. So this is important because your showing care for others and not being greedy just for yourself just because your the leader.
