    Bandura's Social Learning Theory alleges that one learns through interactions with society (watching, observing, and modeling behaviors). B. F. Skinner's Operant Conditioning Theory is the process of learning through punishments and/or rewards for wanted and unwanted behaviors (actions and/or consequences).
