Explanation:

The biggest persistent issue in the USA is perhaps the capitalization of vital functions like healthcare and pharma which actually hurts the population as they cannot always afford the money they would require for their treatment in these hefty US hospitals.

Any good developed state will offer a public healthcare system where the basic necessities of healthcare are available for free for all the citizens of the country and there are plans for surgeries that cost a lot.
