Aristotle suggested that feelings such as spite, envy and shamelessness are always bad in themselves.

These feelings have proven to be a catalyst of a person's downfall even during ancient times. Harboring these feelings inside one's self would usually end in a disaster. Aristotle was right when he regarded these feelings as bad on their own accord.
