What happens after the President signs a bill? It goes to the Supreme Court. It becomes the law. It returns to the house. It goes to the Rules Committee.

    After the President signs a bill, it becomes law.

    The Supreme Court only reviews laws if there is a concern about their constitutional merit. A bill only returns to the legislative branch if it is vetoed by the President.
