The denial of the victim in which it is justified by law enforcement that taking into consideration, there is no sincere victim and the law enforcement hasn't done anything unethical is one implicit factor. This factor can be compared to denial of injury, wherein the law enforcement justifies that taking into consideration that there were no injuries, therefore there was no unethical behavior involved. The peer pressuring a police office to institute tasks in unethical ways that will fall in line with other law enforcement is a type of explicit factor involved. Through this, a police officer can give credence that it cannot be unethical if all involved are doing it.
