Putting aside factors that can affect price, there are a few aspects to consider. Depending on whether you're located, it would be cheaper to buy the supplies where they are manufactured. In other words, if the supplies are made in South Africa, they should be cheaper there than in the EU. Similarly, if production takes place in the EU, supplies should normally be cheaper there.
