When you are exercising, it is important to rehydrate your body as it loses liquid through sweat and calorie consumption. Water is a great source of hydration, but energy drinks can also restore some of the calories and electrolytes that are lost through sweat. What are the similarities between water and energy drinks?

    Energy drinks contain a lot of caffeine which gives you energy for the moment but later one you'll feel exhausted
