What advances in learning did the Egyptians make?

Egyptians anly taught students that were the kin of nobles or higher rank. They taught reading, writing, architecture, simple math arithmetic to go along with they architecture. Egyptians made many architectural break throughs and some of the things they built are considered very advanced for their time.
