Women, as a group have, a tendency to vote:

a. Democratic

c. Independent

b. Republican

d. Green

The question is in the context of the US politics (I believe) so it makes the most sense to only speak of the two biggest parties: the Republicans and the Democrats (since the votes for the other parties are marginal)

Women have the tendency to vote Democrat and the men have the tendency to vote Republican (answer is a) !
