Question of ethics agreement to arbitrate should a person with limited mental capacity be held to the arbitration clause agreed to by the next-of-kin who signed on behalf of that person? why or why not?

    The answer to this statement is yes. It is because a person with limited mental capacity should be granted of arbitration clause by the next of kin who signed of the behalf of the person because of the fact that the individual is mentally disabled.
