The brown case addresses whether education systems separated by race limit citizen's privileges

    Explanation:

The brown Case tells the story of James Brown who was rejected from getting into the university as a result of the spots were reserved for minorities race, even though brown scored higher and more within the tests than those of other candidates.

The Godfather of Soul."Brown v. Board of Education of the capital of Kansas, 347 U. S. 483 (1954) was a landmark US Supreme Court case during which the Court declared state laws establishing separate public faculties for black and white students to be unconstitutional.

For a lot of the sixty years preceding the Brown case, race relations within the US had been dominated by separatism. This policy had been supported in 1896 by the us Supreme Court case of Plessy v. Ferguson, that control that as long because the separate facilities for the separate races were equal, segregation failed to violate the Fourteenth Amendment.
