The most reliable and unambiguous way to determine the locations is using the coordinate system, that is giving the longitude and the latitude of a place.

    1. One of their ways to locate a certain place is that they describe the exact spot of the place in the globe or they called it "Absolute location." To know the absolute location, they use a network of an imaginary line around the globe; the equator, the south and north poles, and the prime meridian. Some people also use relative location to find the location of the place they’re looking. Relative location is a way of finding a certain place using the nearest location it can be located.
