Helio - comes from "Sun" or Helios, and helio-centric means the theory that the Sun is in the centre of the Universe.
It replaced the previous theory, that the Earth was in the center of the Universe.
Today we no longer think that the sun is at the center of the universe, but we still think that it's at the center of the solar system.
