What is the name of the cake traditionally eaten in Italy at Christmas?

    I think you can mean Panettone, a cake from Milan originally, which is now made for Christmas in the whole Italy, and additionally in other places where the Italians have historically emigrated, for example in France, Spain and more recently also in other places, such as the UK.
