    The 3rd conviction of driving under the influence of prohibited drugs and/or alcohol for drivers age 16 or under may result in a fine of at most $10,000, confinement of at least 2, that may reach up to 10 years; and the suspension of the driver license or a denial of privilege in case driver does not have a license, for at least 180 days up to 2 years.
