    Speech - enables nationals to state nearly anything they need

    Press - permits residents access to data, each other and policymakers; printed promotion

    • Assembly - enables nationals to meet up

    • Petition - enables subjects to address government

    • Various due process/criminal equity arrangements (e. g., excellent jury arraignment, jury of associates, hunt and seizure) - shields natives from retaliation/provocation from government.
