A forensic psychologist would most likely not to do is to write legislation to regulate the practice of psychology in the courts. Forensic psychologist must be licensed psychologists to conduct specific tests and be acknowledged with the interpretation of their result to legal matters. They mostly study the state of the mind of the criminal defendants, family law of violence such as child abuse, and check whether it passes the civil law, research of social science and other mind related events.
