John is qualified for neither property. With regards to the watch, a blessing requires goal and conveyance. For this situation, there was aim however no conveyance. The house, being claimed by Humberton and his significant other Connie as tenantsby the sum, can't be exchanged without her authorization. Connie now claims the home exclusively and completely by survivorship.
