Advantages and Disadvantages of Malls

Advantages:

Tourism increases - > more money in the city's tourism industry - > more jobs in tourism industry and at the mall - > people move to the city - > city expands - > more jobs created - > more people come - > etc etc.

Disadvantages:

Loss of money from building a mall - > may be built on the natural environment - > people complain - > also if mall is lame nobody will come - > people loose jobs - > mall closes - > left with a big building
